Remote | Mountain Time Zone Hours $125,000 Base Salary 50% Travel Required

We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive new business growth across the Western U.S. for a leading SaaS organization supporting higher education, career services, workforce development, and employability-focused organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a designated territory
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Sell consultative, data-driven SaaS solutions
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers
• Maintain CRM pipeline and forecast accuracy
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Requirements

• 3+ years of SaaS/software sales experience
• Experience selling into higher education, career services, workforce development, employability, or related markets
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
• Strong consultative selling and presentation skills
• Experience managing complex sales cycles
• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
• Ability to travel approximately 50%

Preferred

• Existing network within higher education, career services, or workforce development
• Experience selling outcomes tracking, reporting, analytics, or career services technology
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
